Let us know if: (a) your employer keeps some of your tips, (b), you have to tip out to back of the house staff like dishwashers, chefs, your boss, or books, (c) you spend a lot of time doing cleaning/prep work, or (d) you get charged deductions for things like people complaining about or not paying for food.
