Sarah Milcarek is a law student at the University of Missouri. Throughout her time at Mizzou, she is the Communications Chair for the Student Bar Association and has worked as a research and teaching assistant for a labor law professor. She received her B.S. in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University in 2022.

Sarah comes from a union family, which sparked her passion for helping workers' rights. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, she hopes to return to Illinois after graduating to pursue labor and employment law.
